Workforce Readiness Collaborations
The Foundation is dedicated to preparing students for the workforce through various programs and initiatives.
One of these initiatives being the POWER Academy, which is presented in partnership with Meta.
Our programs are built on collaboration between business leaders, community partners, and educators, offering hands-on experiences that teach essential employability skills. They are designed and presented by the Sycamore business community and funded by the Sycamore Champions Foundation in partnership with OSF HealthCare.
This partnership tackles an urgent national need: ensuring that when students graduate, they are academically prepared and equipped for career success.
